Brittany Rae Williams is a New York City based business professional, host, producer, director, brand partnerships executive, and faith driven community leader working at the intersection of culture, entertainment, media, and purpose.

With more than a decade of experience, Brittany has built a career creating meaningful connections between brands, talent, audiences, and culture. Her professional journey has included roles with HOT 97, WBLS, iHeartMedia, ESSENCE Communications Inc., and Pod Digital Media, where she served as Senior Director of Partnerships selling top Brand Partnerships as a #1 Seller across HOT97 Summer Jam, Circle of Sisters, Power 105- Power House and developed campaigns across Art Basel, Essence Festival, Super Bowl  & more.

Throughout her career, she has developed and sold celebrity brand partnerships featuring talent including Angie Martinez, Ebro in The Morning, Charlamagne & The Breakfast Club,  several Actors Rotimi, TJ Atoms, Kofi Siriboe, Mike Merrill, and other influential voices across entertainment, media, and culture in New York City.

Her leadership extends deeply into the faith community. Brittany has served as a Production Director at leading New York City churches, led multiple Christian retreats, and continues to lead small groups designed to connect Creatives for Christ and create safe spaces for faith centered professionals working in culture and entertainment.

Through Brittany Rae Productions LLC, she develops and produces original creative projects and live experiences, including her sold out theatrical production Midnight Mugshot, plus events across the media spaces .
